Fields

DE_TO_RE

Driver Enable to Receiver Enable TurnAround time. Turnaround time (in terms of SCLK) for DE Deassertion to RE assertion: The actual time is the programmed value + 1.
RE_TO_DE

Receiver Enable to Driver Enable Turnaround time Turnaround time (in terms of SCLK) for RE deassertion to DE assertion:

  • If the UART_DET[DE_ASSERTION_TIME] field is 0, then the actual value is the programmed value + 3.
  • If the UART_DET[DE_ASSERTION_TIME] field is 1, then the actual value is the programmed value + 2.
  • If the UART_DET[DE_ASSERTION_TIME] field is greater than 1, then the actual value is the programmed value + 1.
